Cave Damlatas Mağarası

Damlatas Magarasi - cave was found engineers during blasting work for the construction of Alanya Harbour in 1948. Today the cave is one of the town's most popular attractions. The cave has a constant temperature of 22-23 degrees Celsius and humidity level of more than 90 percent. There are stalagmites and stalactites several thousand years old. The climate in the cave is therapeutic for people with respiratory problems, especially asthma sufferers - pacients visits the cave every morning. Oficial web site

Alanya Castle (Kale) Caves - Alanya Harbour was restored recently and its most interesting feature today is the little boats that will take people to see many caverns around accessible only from the sea.
The recommended itinerary for such a boat tour would include Fosforlu Mağarasi (the Phosphorescent Cave), Aşiklar Mağarasi (the Lovers’ Cave), and Korsanlar Mağarasi (Pirates’ Cave). People can even swim inside these caverns during your visit.

Cave Dim Mağarası

Dim Magarasi - at a distance of 145km of Antalya and 11 km of Alanya. The Cave is at a high of 232 metres from the sea level. Cave has first been investigated by professional speleologists in 1986 and was open for visits in 1998. A lot of other photos on this link.

Cave Zeytintaºı Mağarası
Zeytintasi Magarasi - in the southern part of the same name hill near Akbas Village, 16 km on south of Serik, 10km of Aspendos. Altitude of 220m. Cave wasdiscovered in 1987 while excavating for a stone quarry through a man made galerry of 10m.
Cave has two levels - upper is 136m and lower 97m long. There is a lot of stalactites and stalagmites columns. The most beautifull and unique are maceroni type stalactites (brcka), 70 cm long.

Cave Under Düden Waterfall
Cave (mağarasi) Under Düden Waterfall - 12 km from the centre of Antalya. The waterfalls, formed by a karstic depression, are 20 metres high. Entering into Dilek Maðarası (Cave of Wishes) located underneath the waterfalls it is also possible to pass to the rear side of the water. In the deep valley formed by the water there are promenades and restaurants. After 8km the water cascades over the 40 metre high falez rock into the sea near Lara.

Karain Mağarasi (Cave) - 30 km northwest of Antalya at Yaðcı Village.
Prehistoric cave, located at a height of about 370 metres from the sea
and about 80 metres up the slope, where the Western Taurus calcareous
zone borders on the travertine plain. Cave was continuously inhabited
in the Middle Paleolithic (Stone) ages. Electric light.
